Who can create a Stand?
Clubs, academies, training centres, recruiters, scouts, universities, federations, sports brands, manufacturers, distributors, equipment sellers, sports service providers and event organisers.
Step 1 — Sign in
Sign in with Username + Password. Kelball no longer uses email for authentication.
Step 2 — Open Stand creation
Open “Create a Stand” or “Sell on Kelball” depending on your entry point.
Step 3 — General information
Stand name, Logo, Cover image, Description, Main category, Sub-category, Sport discipline, Country, City, Languages, Business contact, Opening hours, Website (if any).
Step 4 — Add products or services
Publish equipment, apparel, footwear, accessories, training gear, coaching services, courses, camps and sport services. Use clear listings with photos and precise prices.
Step 5 — Add media
Upload photos, logos, banners and videos. Kelball automatically optimises images before upload for better performance.
Step 6 — Visibility & review
Statuses: Pending, Published, Rejected (corrections requested). You can edit and resubmit at any time.
Step 7 — Publication
The Stand is reviewed by the Kelball team. Once approved, it becomes visible on Marketplace, Search, Smart Filter, Ask Kelball, Live Sports Intelligence and the Relationship Intelligence Engine.
Step 8 — Tips
Professional logo, quality banner, detailed description, well-illustrated products, precise prices, correct categories and regular updates.
