A product on Kelball is published only from an approved Stand. The Stand is the vendor's official storefront. A well-published product strongly increases visibility and commercial opportunities.
Prerequisites
Have a Kelball account, sign in with Username + Password, and own an approved Stand. If your Stand doesn't exist yet, follow the Stand creation guide first.
Step 1 — Open the publisher
From your dashboard, open “My Stand” then “Add a product”.
Step 2 — Pick the right categorisation
Select the right category, sport discipline and sub-categories. It improves indexing in Marketplace, Smart Filter, Search and Ask Kelball.
Step 3 — Fill in every field
Name, Description, Category, Sub-category, Discipline, Brand, Reference, Condition, Price, Currency, Availability, Quantity, Location, Shipping, Warranty (if any).
Step 4 — Add media
Upload a main photo, extra photos and a demo video if available. Kelball automatically optimises images. Use sharp, well-lit visuals.
Step 5 — Describe the product properly
Highlight specs, benefits, sizes, colours or variants. Avoid short or generic descriptions.
Step 6 — Publish
The product goes through review. Once approved by the Kelball team, it becomes publicly visible.
Step 7 — Visibility
Once published, the product is indexed in Marketplace, Search, Smart Filter, Ask Kelball, Live Sports Intelligence and the Relationship Intelligence Engine.
Step 8 — Tips to sell more
Multiple photos, clear title, realistic price, up-to-date info, fast replies and regular refreshes.
