Kelball helps clubs grow visibility, recruit new talents, promote their teams, publish their activity, and collaborate with academies, recruiters, federations and universities.

Who is this guide for?

Professional and amateur clubs, youth clubs, university and school clubs, multisport clubs, sports associations and sports centres.

Step 1 — Create an account

Authentication uses Username + Password (email is no longer used to sign in).

Step 2 — Create the official club profile

Official name, Logo, Cover image, About, History, Vision, Values, Country, City, Stadium/facilities, Contact, Website, Social media, Sports practised.

Step 3 — Present the teams

First teams, women's teams, youth teams, age groups and technical staff.

Step 4 — Publish players

Attach athletes to the club to boost visibility, showcase players, track history and increase appeal for recruiters and partners.

Step 5 — Publish competitions and events

Matches, tournaments, camps, trials, open days and community events.

Step 6 — Create Talent Requests

Search for a goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, striker, coach, fitness coach or any other profile.

Step 7 — Use the smart tools

Smart Filter, Smart Ranking, Athlete Discovery, Ask Kelball, Live Sports Intelligence, Relationship Intelligence Engine and Sports Intelligence & Decision Engine.

Step 8 — Grow the club's visibility

Keep the profile up to date, publish results, highlight young talents, share news and use high-quality photos and videos.

Step 9 — Collaborate with partners

Kelball connects clubs with academies, recruiters, scouts, universities, federations, sponsors and investors.
